I recently purchased an Escalade from a private seller and it had an electrical issue so I took it in to have the technician take a look at it. I was very impressed by how professional and understanding the service advisor named Jeremy was he did not try to up-sell me additional work like most dealer usually do. The diagnostic was done in a rather efficient time and they found the issue and fixed it. I then requested them to replace one of my fog lamp assembly that was not broken and not functioning. Being someone that has worked in the automotive industry for many years I am impressed with the staff and will definitely return and recommend you guys highly.
